TT/475, I had placed an order for 25 scanners on September 10, 2019. I received the delivery of the scanners on September 28, 2019. However, we are sorry to state that on checking of consignment, only 14 scanners have been delivered and 2 out of the 10 printers were in a damaged condition. I had placed this order for your high-quality affordable products, based on the recommendation by one of my friends. I had stated in my letter that we urgently needed 25 scanners. I request you to replace these 2 damaged printers be sent back to you and delivery of the remaining scanners take place within two days at your cost by transport on receipt of the confirmations about replacement.
