Subject: Inadequate supply of scanners
Respected Sir,
Thank you for promptly delivering in response to my order no. TT/475, I had placed an order for
25 scanners on September 10, 2019. I received the delivery of the scanners on September 28,
2019. However, we are sorry to state that on checking of consignment, only 14 scanners have
been delivered and 2 out of the 10 printers were in a damaged condition. I had placed this order
for your high-quality affordable products, based on the recommendation by one of my friends. I
had stated in my letter that we urgently needed 25 scanners.
I request you to replace these 2 damaged printers be sent back to you and delivery of the
remaining scanners take place within two days at your cost by transport on receipt of the
confirmations about replacement.
Kindly look into this matter at the earliest. Looking forward to hearing from you. We thank you
in advance for your cooperation.
