'Project Energise' Sports Day Stall

Experience Description: On August 19th, as the director of the school's Interact Club, I along with a group of fellow directors and volunteers set
up a stall for 'Project Energise'. Our stall sold lemonade and orange juice during the school's annual sports day event.
This initiative not only provided refreshments but also raised awareness about using eco-friendly paper cups as a more
sustainable approach to keep the environment cleaner. The money collected will fund future service projects under
'Rotary Singapore', guided by the motto 'Service above Self'. This fundraising event was both tiring and enjoyable as we
interacted with people and saw them contribute and donate generously. It made me think about whether events like
these, while well-intentioned, can address problems like poverty over the long term.
