Record on Operational Flight Plan when Aircraft is stable at cleared RVSM level. Inflight: At approximately one hour intervals, cross-check primary altimeters. Maximum difference 200 ft. Use normal start procedure with crossbleed air. Note: FL 280 is the highest usable non-RVSM level.
