Introduction
WellDev is actively looking for some Junior, Mid, and
Senior level iOS and Android developers responsible
for mobile technologies to the limits and will work
with our team of talented engineers to design and
build the next generation of our mobile applications.
You will be working with our very talented engineers
to develop and maintain high-quality mobile
applications. As an iOS or Android developer, you’ll
collaborate with internal teams to develop functional
mobile applications, while working in a fast-paced
environment. Ultimately, you should be able to design
and build the next generation of mobile applications.
Responsibilities
Produce fully functional iOS / Android applications following best practices.
Lead and participated in the end-to-end development of mobile applications for iOS / Android platforms.
Take ownership of the product and ensure maximum quality.
Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical leadership and sharing your expertise.
Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions.
Design and build advanced applications for the iOS / Android platforms.
Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximise development efficiency.
Requirements
At least 1-5 years of work experience in iOS / Android, or both development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift/SwiftUI/Objective-C (for iOS development) and
Kotlin/Java (for Android development).
Extensive experience with mobile development tools and frameworks such as Xcode, Android Studio and
popular libraries for mobile app development.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Debug and troubleshoot issues.
Good understanding of mobile app design principles, UI/UX concepts, and software development best
practices.
Identify and implement performance improvements and optimizations in the mobile applications.
Show a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Superior verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.
Good time-management skills.
