SKIT FOR PARLIAMENT
Seceratary: Hon’able Members and
Hon’able Speaker I welcome you all to
this new session of Parliament
Speaker: Hon’able Members, I obliged to
welcome you all to the Winter session of
the Parliament
Secretary: Now we will take the oath. In
which language would you like to take
the oath?
Ruling Party: English
We the parliamentarians have
nominated been as candidate to fill the
seat in the council of states do swear in
the name if god solemnly affirm that we
will bear truth , faith and allegiance to
the constitution of India as by law
established and that will uphold the
sovereignity and integrity of India.
Speaker: Now I would like to request
Hon’able home minister to present the
bill
( Home Minister will present the bill.)
Speaker: Now the question hour starts
Hon’able leader of opposition
Leader of opposition: Honarable speaker,
I really appreciate this opportunity and I
am highly obliged .
I oppose the bill of the ruling party as I
am against any caste based reservation
for admission in educational institutions
or jobs instead special facilities in help
should be provided to poor of all casts or
religion to ensure them a
level paying field.
Speaker: Hon’able Prime Minister
PM: Hon’able Speaker
When we are doing caste reservation
survey, we’ll get to know which caste a
group of people is from BPL , and then
we’ll give reservation to that caste.
Speaker: Hon’able MP ( opposition)
MP (OPPOSITION): Honorable speaker.
Thank you for giving me this wonderful
opportunity
I oppose the bill of ruling party because I
think that they should give reservation
on the basis of disability not on the basis
of caste. Almost 50 percent of disabled
people are not getting jobs in India and
most of them are capable also but just
because of their disability they are not
geeting jobs. So, my point is to give
reservation on the basis of disability and
not on the basis of caste.
Thank you Hon'able Speaker.
Speaker: Hon’able MP (ruling)
MP(ruling): Hon’able Speaker,
If we will provide reservation for
disabled , then the left over seats for
other caste will reduce and they will not
get equal representation in education,
employment and politics.
Speaker: Hon’able leader of opposition
Leader of opposition: Hon’able Speaker
The caste based reservations create
inequality, unfair completion,
discrimination among the youth and the
society. For the better uplift of economic
weaker section the reservation should be
implied to private sectors also.
Speaker : Hon’able Prime Minister
PM: Equal Representation: Increased
participation of people from lower
socioeconomic groups in various
decision-making processes, culminating
in equal representation from all
socioeconomic groups.
Speaker: Hon’able MP (opposition)
MP (opp.): Social unrest: Reservation
agitations, such as those that occurred
during the Mandal Commission, can lead
to social unrest (1990).
Speaker: Hon’able MP (ruling)
MP (ruling): Caste reservation does not
lead to social unrest because it has
inspired people to fight for justice when
their human rights are violated
SPEAKER: Now I would like to request
seceratary general to explain the process
of Voting.
Secretary: First of all, all of you will be
given one chit, after that if you agree
with this bill then you have to put a tick
mark and if you do not agree with this
bill then you have to put a wrong mark
accordingly the votes will be counted.
