PRINCIPAL’S REPORT ON ODUSANYA OLOLADE’S INTERNSHIP IN HERBERT
MACAULAY JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL, EBUTTE-METTA, LAGOS.
I am pleased to present an in-depth report on the internship of our dedicated intern, Odusanya Ololade
Nimmotallahi, who has been working under my guidance from 18th September to 13th October 2023. I
am delighted to report that Odusanya Ololade Nimmotallahi has made remarkable progress during her
internship at Herbert Macaulay Junior High School. Her journey has been both productive and
enlightening, with substantial achievements in different areas.
Ololade has demonstrated a strong understanding of our school's administrative processes. She actively
participated in various administrative tasks, including record-keeping, correspondence, and
documentation. Her ability to effectively navigate administrative procedures and maintain organized
records has been commendable. She showcased her leadership skills by motivating and guiding her
students, ensuring that tasks were completed efficiently and on time.
Ololade exhibited the qualities expected of an educational manager. She displayed maturity, intelligence,
kindness, sympathy, honesty, accommodation, impartiality, and consideration in her interactions with
colleagues and students. Her professionalism and ethical conduct have been commendable.
Odusanya Ololade Nimmotallahi has made significant strides in achieving the objectives of her
internship. Her contributions have positively impacted our school's administration, and her development
as an educational administrator is evident. She has proven herself to be a responsible, dedicated, and
capable individual. I am confident that the skills and experiences she has gained will serve her well in her
future educational management endeavors.
