INTEGRATED WAVES CONTRACTING EST, Safety department of IWC, November 26, 2023 Team JHAH Department of safety Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare, Al hasa, To,Team JHAH: During the imminent onset of our waterproofing project, a thoughtfully devised waste management approach becomes paramount. In the course of our work, debris and surplus materials are an inevitable byproduct. To efficiently tackle this, we propose a meticulously planned setup involving a drum positioned at the lower levels, seamlessly interconnected through a pipe originating from above. This strategic maneuver offers a plethora of advantages: it efficiently conserves time, obviates the necessity of transporting waste from a distant rooftop container, and optimizes our workforce by assigning a dedicated team of two to three individuals for this specific task. Additionally, this method significantly mitigates the looming risk of potential damage to vehicles, pedestrians, or nearby flora that could arise from haphazardly discarding debris from an elevated point. By adopting this meticulously structured waste management system, our primary goals encompass augmenting safety measures, saving valuable time, and streamlining overall project operations for enhanced efficiency and productivity.
