Subject: Request for Proposal for Engagement of an Agency for Procurement and
Implementation of Learning Management System (LMS) and Development of e-learning
content for the Bureau of Indian Standards.
Bureau of Indian Standards had floated Request for Proposal in relation to the aforementioned
subject on 29 April, 2023 made available both on BIS website and the CPP Portal (Tender ID:
2023_BIS_751038_1).
This is to kindly inform that due to administrative reasons, the Competent Authority in BIS has
decided to cancel the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Engagement of an Agency for
Procurement and Implementation of Learning Management System (LMS) and Development
of e-learning content for the Bureau of Indian Standards.
