I would like to inform you that I authorize Mr. Rufino O. Batonghinog to perform the pull – out
of the Two (2) Units Unserviceable Service Vehicles of which our firm won last bidding dated
October 24, 2023.
Mr. Batonghinog bought the 2 units from our firm.
I am not able to attend such pull out of the items for I also have a Pre Bid to attend.
