Brand Creative Purpose Story MarcPoschDesignGroup. Branding/Digital Marketing Presentation A QUICK Marc Posch Design Group Greetings from Los Angeles. Marc Posch, Peter Scheer, Fanny Milcent-Baudoin.. and the rest of the team. Inspire “There are only two ways to influence human behavior: You can manipulate it, or you can inspire it.” – Simon Sinek About us We are Marc Posch Design Group, Branding/Digital Marketing, based in downtown Los Angeles. As a team of creatives, thinkers and developers we are known for helping emerging tech and manufacturing companies to disrupt, stand out and grow. With our experience, deep industry expertise and all the collaborators to make it happen, we inspire success. We bring together... ..strategic thinking, creative fire, and practical know-how to help entrepreneurs realize their vision. Our approach is as practical as it is visionary while keeping things as simple as possible. Our proven 4-step program helps to transform an idea into a tangible product or service offering people want to buy. It begins with a vision and a clear definition of the value you want to create, and it ends with a product that builds assets. Having developed over 300 brands, we have found this 4-step program very effective to manage the process: Discover, Define, Design, and Deliver. Capabilities At the core of what we do are two things: Consulting and Creative. Consulting that analyzes the status and provides a diagnosis - and Creative that delivers the medication. Our job is to offer a fresh and unbiased 10,000 ft view to a situation a company may be struggling with: How can we sell more? How can we expand our audience? How can we introduce a challenger product? We create corporate and consumer brands that are as successful in the US as well as in Europe or Asia. We develop engaging experiences for our clients that range from brand identities and visual systems to digital, retail and B2B communications. With innovative ideas that disrupt, and design that connects. We believe... ...that only when we define the brand first, it’s purpose, the unique brand story, and then develop the creative, whether it’s a brand identity, a packaging concept or the web appearance, only then do we have a chance to craft a successful product. We have seen it over and over: Brand, Purpose, Story and Creative - together it’s the winning combination. Brand You are either a commodity or a brand. Commodities sell over price, brands sell over value. A Premium Brand sells for more because it has earned its place in the spotlight. “A Brand is a shortcut.” – Seth Godin Purpose The Millennial consumer is a new breed: they have more options than ever at their disposal, and more access to infomation than any generation before. What Millennials primarily are looking for in a product is not what it does, but what the product stands for. Today, purpose and meaning are the key drivers that trigger buying decision in a saturated market. Method, Patagonia, Apple and Zappos are examples of brands that have made the committment. Story Stories can capture our imagination. They provide life and value to a brand. They charge a logo with meaning. A logo without a story is just a hollow container. We are tribal animals. It’s in our DNA. Without a tribe we can’t survive. Since the dawn of mankind stories have provided the glue that holds a tribe together. The same applies to consumer behavior. Recent neuroscience studies have shown that people respond in a similar way to religious symbols as they do to popular brand icons. Creative The visual aspects of a brand are the tip of the iceberg. It’s what sends the signals and reminds a customer about the values of a company or a product. It’s the yellow arches on the side of the road that signals “quick bite to eat”, and the star on the hood of a car that stands for luxury, prestige and fine craftsmanship. Creating symbols, brand identities or packagings are an important part of what we do, if not the most important. It’s where strategy and creativity merge and new things are born. It’s where ideas become reality and someone’s vision turns into a product that ends up on a store shelf. Our Team “A small team, committed to a cause bigger than themselves, can achieve absolutely anything.” – Simon Sinek GREAT INSTEAD OF BIG. We have chosen to be great instead of big. Part of our process and our success - is to work as a “Fluid Agency”, as a small core team flanked by proven and experienced creatives, marketing and production experts of their respective fields. It allows us as a lean and agile design studio to focus on our role as architects and strategist to create powerful results for our clients in greater Los Angeles, the US, Europe and beyond.
