Guide questions:
1. What have you learned in your group activities?
I learned in our group activities on the topics of social media netiquette, virtual
meeting netiquette, table manners, hygiene and more, you can cover a range
of important skills and behaviors for effective and respectful communication in
various contexts. I learned about the importance of the things we must do and
the things we shouldn’t do, such as being respectful, treating others people as
you would by your elders.Think before any irrational posting or decisions. one
should also avoid posting inflammatory or offensive comments.Don't share too
much personal information. And so much more, I also learned these from my
group mates pictures. It was fun to finally get a glimpse of my classmates'
faces and what insights they have imparted to the group.
2. How did you feel working with your group mates? Have you made
friends with any of your group mates?
Not really, since we usually do things online, it is difficult to form that bond of
friendship, however I could say we have become acquaintances with one
another. There are people in the group who I am already close to, so opening
up to ideas was a breeze.
3. List down the group activities assigned to you in this class. Would you
have preferred the group activities as individual activities? Why or why
not?
I was assigned to take the initiative in delegating the task as well as be an
etiquette scenario portrayer in terms of virtual meetings. I also helped out with
questions from my members and input the quotes in the powerpoint
presentation. If I were to choose whether I’d prefer to do this task as a group
of an individual, my answer would be unsure. I’m fine with both. There are
pros and cons of each but as time passes, I’d say I’m Okay completing this
taks as a group since its more fun and fast. and Taking pictures by different
faces makes the output more captivating and attractive.
