JOB ROLES & DUTIES: • Managing and monitoring the project throughout the lifecycle to complete them within the estimated time and cost. • Develops and maintains manpower estimates, equipment, and material delivery requirements. • Assist in dealing and negotiating in contract preparation by consultation with all concerned stakeholders. • Distribution of resources to the work as planned and preparing budget estimates for cost controlling. • Supervise and monitor the site activities of sub-contractors for monitoring purposes. • Representing the organization in all meetings and negotiations with the client or suppliers. • Coordinated with all project parties to collate project status. • Finalize the written correspondence referring to relevant clauses of the Contract and prepared official letters, memos, and Minutes of meetings. Preparing, organizing, evaluating, and monitoring the Construction projects from the project’s initial phase till the close-out. • Preparation of the Baseline construction schedule with milestone dates after review and study of contract documents, drawings, and bill of quantities • Determine the optimistic duration, manpower, material, and equipment for the Project • Enterprise Resource Planning and generating craft-wise and overall Manpower Histograms and Progress S-Curves • Develop and update weekly and monthly construction project progress reports, and circulate them to the concerned stakeholders. • Monitoring and Updating of Baseline Schedule and Computing Variances and suggesting remedial actions. • Tracking and Controlling Submissions of Drawings, Materials & Sub-Contractors, and follow-up with Consultant/Client. • Analyzing variance and reviewing trends projections to identify potential delays. • Coordination and conducting with subcontractors and suppliers and organizing the site meetings. • Preparation of Extension of Time Claims (EOT), Recovery, and Contingency Plans. • Preparing Recovery / Revised Schedule for ongoing projects. • Preparing Dashboards and Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
