User can see the whereabout of their item, while on delivery through the app. also one of its biggest strengths. Weakness: • Pathao has very limited service providers or freelance bikers. Opportunities: • Pathao might expand to outside of Dhaka as there is a demand for their services which can be an opportunity for them. • They can also introduce female freelancer bikers to attract the female segment. Threats: • The greatest threat that Pathao perceives is from the existing competitors like UBER, SOHOZ OBHAI. If the competitors start to offer on-demand delivery like Pathao, it will negatively affect the organization’s market share. • In Bangladesh, especially Dhaka always faces political turmoil.
