1. OPENING PRAYER

The opening prayer was given by MS Mugala B.
2. OPENING REMARKS

The chair person opened the meeting by encouraging everyone to participate during the
meeting. She called the meeting to order, at exactly 14:20hrs she declared the meeting
officially open.
3. ROLL CALL / APOLOGIES
All members were present in the meeting.
4. MAIN BUSINESS




Mr Simabwachi began to present on manufacturing account. He started the topic by
defining the manufacturing.
He identified the number of raw materials to be calculated in manufacturing Account, He
also identified direct cost to the arrive at prime cost.
He further identified factory overheads to arrive at production cost.
Members were given the copy for the work to be done.
