Objective
To acquire knowledge and skills through a
variety of activities, promote informal learning
and encourage people to make and follow their
own educational plans.

Assessment
identify the literacy needs of
the participants through
assessments to determine
their reading levels and areas
requiring improvements
Resource Gathering
- gather appropriate materials such as books,
worksheet, and teaching aids..
Recruitment and Training
hire qualified instructors or volunteers and
provide them with training.
Implementation
- execute the program by conducting classes,
workshops or tutoring sessions.
Monitoring and Evaluation
- continuously assess learners progress, adjust
teaching methods if necessary.
Community Engagement
- involve the community to support and
reinforce, encouraging family involvement and
promoting literacy beyond the classroom.
Celebration and Recognition
- acknowledge and celebrate milestone
achieved by the learners, instructors and the
program itself to motivate continued
participation and success.
Reflection and Improvement
Reflect on the programs’ outcomes, gather
feedback from the participants and make
necessary improvements..
