participating and completing all tasks in speech therapy.
He/she enjoys leading the therapy sessions and discussing what he/she did
throughout the day.
According to his/her previous Speech and Language Re-Evaluation, it was determined that Xxx
continues to meet federal, state, and district criteria as a student with Speech Impairment characterized by
a language and articulation deficit. Fluency, and voice skills continue to appear to be within functional range.
