Get our team of buyers that are on the bench, Prevent Buyer hibernation. Keep in contact. Call them, invite them to lunch, send them a holiday card, hand them off to Jon or Fred and they will let them know that the clock is ticking on rates and programs! 3. Go long, back to sellers and buyers you have talked with that didn’t list, listed with someone else, or never purchased. 4. Plan you Open Houses in Advance. There are only 6 open house Sunday’s left. Commit to doing the 5/5/10 for everyone. 5. End around, Visit FSBO’s, Expired, and older listings. They are looking for a helpful agent who wants the score a sale. 6. Review all old leads and sales. These veterans, sometimes forgotten are valuable and can make the difference in this game and help next season. 7. Give the rookies a chance. First time buyers are ready to get in the game. Call their “Number” they will not disappoint you! 8. Talk up the market on Social Media. You’re the Quarterback or Cheerleader and your fans are on the internet. Let them know the market is strong and its time to get in the game. 9. Incorporate Coats for Kids and CFCF in your Calls and Door knocking. 10.
