Dear Harsh and Rahul,
I hope this letter finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation
for your dedication and hard work during your two-month internship at Algobucks. It has been a
pleasure having you as a part of our team, and I wanted to share some feedback on your
performance during your time with us.
1. Dedication and Work Ethic: Throughout your internship, you consistently demonstrated a
strong work ethic and a commitment to your responsibilities. But your punctuality to timelines
was not that great,it can be improved more.
2. Adaptability and Willingness to Learn: We were particularly impressed by your ability to
adapt to various tasks and environments. But here is a scope for improvement as initially you
both were a little afraid to learn Django and Python.
3. Teamwork and Collaboration: Your ability to collaborate with team members was good but it
can be better. Though you actively listened to us, you did not effectively communicate your
ideas.
4. Problem-Solving Skills: Your problem-solving skills are okayish and need much
improvement. This is evident from the Web App pages you created, the pages were not looking
good and there was no creativity either.
5. Professionalism and Communication: Your professionalism and communication skills were
consistently good as you communicated problems and doubts properly.
6. Project Contributions: Your contributions to this project was noteworthy. But again it looks
like you both just created only different pages but no frontend or design, style, animation etc are
visible on those pages. You added some styles in some of the pages but again it was looking
very poor.
We believe you both have a bright future ahead, and your time at Algobucks has undoubtedly
enriched your skills and knowledge. We encourage you to continue building on the experiences
and insights you gained during your internship.
Once again, thank you for your dedication and hard work during your internship. We wish you all
