AND the Parties declared that whereas a permanent spousal relationship has
been agreed upon between them:

1. We first met socially on or about the 24th of December 2008 at a social
event, Cape Town, South Africa, and commenced our permanent
relationship of good faith shortly thereafter.
2. Our relationship evolved further and in March 2009 we formally began
living together at physical address and therefore commenced our
formal cohabitation with each other to the exclusion of all other parties.
3. Our relationship, has always, and still does, exclude any other person
and therefore we are party to a permanent and monogamous
relationship of good faith.
4. We have 3 children together.
5. We undertake to support one another emotionally as permanent
partners expect of one another.
6. We undertake to support one another financially in circumstances
where the one has the means to do so and the other requires such
support in order to maintain, without recourse to public funds, each
other’s financial and social standing and standard of living.
7. We acknowledge and record that we enter into this contract freely and
with a full appreciation of its consequences.
8. Our contract and interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by
and regulated in accordance with the Laws of South Africa.
9. We agree that there shall be no Community of Property between us.
10. We agree that there shall be no profit and loss between us.
11. We agree that there shall be no Community in respect of inheritance,
legacies, gifts or bequests devolving upon either of us prior to or during
the subsistence of the permanent spousal relationship.
12. We agree that this Agreement shall become effective at the date of
execution and shall remain in effect until termination. Termination shall
be effected by written notice by either party, cessation of the joint
residency by either party or death of either party. Either party may
terminate this Agreement unilaterally at any time.
13. We agree that upon the death of either party, the surviving party waives
all rights to support by the deceased party.
14. We as the Appeasers hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the
Magistrate’s Court.
UPON all of which conditions the said intending parties promised and agreed
to contract their spousal relationship and respectively to act up to the tenor of
these presents under the obligation of their persons and property according to
law.
THUS DONE AND EXECUTED before me at PLACE on the …th DAY OF
