I am writing to emphasize the importance of utilizing the "Misbehavior Memoirs:
Classroom Incident Log" within our school classrooms for the purpose of recordkeeping of pupil misconduct. This memorandum serves as a reminder and directive
regarding its implementation.
The Misbehavior Memoirs: Classroom Incident Log will be used in the classroom as
a tool in maintaining a systematic record of incidents involving pupil misbehavior.
This log allows us to track and analyze misconduct trends, which, in turn, enables
us to develop appropriate strategies for classroom management and pupil discipline.
To ensure the successful implementation of this tool, please take the following steps:
1. All teacher-advisers should have "Misbehavior Memoirs: Classroom Incident Log"
in their classroom to document incidents of pupil misbehavior promptly.
3. Encourage teachers to include essential information such as date, time, details of
the incident, and the names of involved pupils.
4. Periodically review the log entries to identify any patterns or recurring issues.
