We are writing to inform you that your AES exam platform, WISEFlow, has recently released
a new version on the FLOWLock Browser.
The new version contains important updates and is available to download via the WISEflow
platform. This version will be required from the 12th of March.
In order not to delay completion of your future exams, we recommend you download
the latest FLOWLock Browser as soon as possible; well in advance of your next exam
session.
To download the latest version of the FLOWLock browser simply follow the steps below:
1) Login to your Wiseflow account and select ‘Edit profile’ in the dropdown by clicking
the arrow next to your name in the top right hand corner of the screen. This will take
you to your Profile Settings.
2) Under your Profile Settings select the ‘Systems Requirements’ tab.
3) In the ‘FLOWLock Requirements’ section 1 - Download and Install, click the white bar
to download the browser.
The version of the browser that you are prompted to download will depend on your
computers operating system (i.e. Windows, Mac).
4) Once the Browser has downloaded, click to open it and follow your device’s
instructions to fully install.
