Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement
As an individual being considered as a Vendor being considered for business arrangement at
First Priority Credit Union, (the “Company”), I understand that I will have access to certain
confidential and/or proprietary information of the Company, related to Customer accounts and
losses suffered by the Credit Union.
I am signing this Confidentiality and Non- Disclosure Agreement as a condition of my business
relationship with First Priority Credit Union. I further agree that I will not use, disclose or refer
to any such confidential information except in the research of the task assigned on behalf of
First Priority Credit Union.
Confidentiality
I also agree that, always both during my relationship with First Priority Credit Union and after
its termination, I will keep and hold all Information provided by First Priority Credit Union in
strict confidence and trust.
By signing below, I affirm my understanding of the foregoing confidentiality and
non-disclosure requirements and have freely and voluntarily executed this Agreement.
