1.) Principal
The role of the principal is to lead and
manage the planning, delivery,
evaluation and improvement of the
education of all students in a
community through the strategic
deployment of resources provided by
the Department and the school
community.

2.) Assistant Principal
The assistant principal reports
directly to the principal.
Assistant principals have a
primary responsibility for the
management of significant areas
or functions within the school to
ensure the effective
development, provision and
evaluation of the school's
education program.

coordination of the work of
senior curriculum or level
coordinators;
Allocation of budgets,
positions of responsibility

and experience staff;

discipline matters beyond

3.) Teacher
The role of a teacher use a variety
of teaching methods and materials
to educate students about a
particular subject area, providing
specialist knowledge on this topic.
The responsibilities of a teacher
put in a lot of work outside of
lessons to ensure that they are
providing an engaging learning
environment and supporting
students.

1.) Administrative Aid or
School Clerk
facilitate daily
monthly record of
the teachers and
submit to the Divison
office record section
and develop monthly
payroll.
3.) SECURITY
GUARD
Duties and Responsibilities of a
Security Guard
They are securing the
school campus
premises and all
nearby areas, including
the entrances and
unsupervised places.
If students involve
in any chaos or
fight, the guard can
intervene and
control the situation.
During lunch period
and when school gets
off, the security guard
is aware of student’s
safety and takes care
that students leave
with their parents or
attendants.
An adequately dressed
guard creates an excellent
image for visitors.
Moreover, his attire,
behavior, and attitude can
be impressive for both
students and their parents.
They also control
unlawful acts if
going on in
school like drug
abuse, suicide,
bullying, alcohol
abuse, etc.
Only after proper inspection,
a guard will allow the person
to enter the school. This will
prevent the entry of intruders.
In case of suspicion, they can
immediately call upon the
police authorities to take
action. Hence, the school staff
can concentrate on their
duties and not worry about
student security.
4.) School Janitor
A Janitor's duties and responsibilities can
include general cleaning of a building and
keeping it maintained and in good condition.
This can include vacuuming, mopping,
sanitizing restrooms, taking out trash and
recycling and washing and cleaning windows
and mirrors.
5.) School Librarian
Assist students in locating and
selecting desired or needed
books, periodicals, pamphlets,
materials, or technology
support. Instruct students in
library science, appropriate
student behavior, and use of
technology. Oversee the
selection, organization, and
distribution of materials and
equipment.
