SAAS COLD CALL SCRIPT NOTES: -I know cold calling can be intimidating at first, but after you start doing getting some practice, it gets a LOT easier…trust me -Don't be afraid of rejection, you will get a lot of rejections, don't let that discourage you. This is a numbers game…The more people you call the more people you will get to sign up so just keep calling and I promise it will pay off -Try to not sound like you're reading off a script as much as possible. This will become easier after you get used to it. Add in filler words where needed to sound more human and less like a robot -Always let the prospect talk as much as possible, don't just start going into your pitch. They will naturally describe issues they are having and you can use that information to help close the deal -Ask open ended questions to get the prospect to tell you the issues they are having which will trigger emotion and cause them to be more likely to purchase your solution to their problem -Experiment with different openers and strategies…see what works for you. This script is purely to give you ideas and basics. You have to get creative -Tonality is extremely important. You want to come off confident and certain when describing your services and how they can help the prospect. Again this will come easier with experience. Practice makes perfect. -Don't be nervous, if you mess up a call there's thousands of other businesses to call…Be calm, relaxed, and confident. Speak nice and slow SCRIPT Hey (Name), My name is (YOUR NAME). I saw your post in the XYZ facebook group that we are both in about your XYZ services. I wanted to reach out because i’m working with some other businesses like yours in the area to help them generate some more (clients/customers) and sales Is that something you would be interested in? Prospect says something like: yes tell me how it works So we give smaller businesses the opportunity to use the same systems and tools that these larger corporations are using to generate customers, identify the serious ones and then convert them into sales. We use tools such as email and text automation for various tasks such as capturing new leads, appointment setting, automatic google review requests and a whole lot more. There’s a bit more to it, but, from what you're hearing so far… Does that sound like something you might be able to benefit from? Prospect says yes Ok awesome (NAME), would you be opposed to having a quick 15 minute meeting sometime this week so I can get to know a little bit more about your business to see if we would be a good fit and then I can show you how everything works in more detail *THEN SCHEDULE A MEETING AND BOOK IT FOR THEM ON YOUR CALENDER*
