Hello, my name is Ted. I am
a dog. This is my friend,
Charlie the cat. We live
happily with our person Bob
in a small neighbourhood
called Sunshine. We love
going with him to the park.
There we play catch and
hunt butterflies.

When I am big, I want to be
an astronaut.
Today I need to accompany
my older sister Sue, to visit
my aunty because she is
feeling ill. My sister is the
best, she always spoils us with
sweeties she buys from the
café on the corner. Today I
am going to get a chocolate
bar and 5 banana flavoured
toffees. I can’t wait.
Today was the best day. I
rode on a choo-choo train
with my daddy. It was a big,
black steam train. The
wheels went clickety-click,
clickety-click on the rails.
When we went through the
tunnel the train went woohoooo! I would love to go on
the train again.
This Monday morning, I
woke up itching all over my
body. When I looked into the
mirror, I looked like a
guineafowl. My entire face
was covered with spots.
Mommy had to take me to
the doctor. He said I have
chickenpox. I need to stay in
bed for the whole week.
That is going to be so
horrible and boring.
This past weekend me and
my family went to visit
Grandma and Grandpa
Jack. Granny made the best
cream and strawberry cake
and gramps took me fishing
in the pond, in the park close
to their house. It was so
lovely getting hugs, kisses
and being spoilt. I already
miss them terribly.
