Hey Team! My name is Nolan Buchanan. I was in your complex today visiting a friend and noticed a few issues that I wanted to bring up with the property manager. Namely, the black mold staining, which appears to be a commonality on most of your buildings. I own and operate North Lake Pressure Washing here in Cleveland, OH. We’ve been in business for years and have worked with many restaurants, apartments and offices around town. Our services include: •Pressure Washing (Concrete, Siding, Sidewalks) •Dumpster Pads •Roof Cleaning •Window Cleaning I have attached some photos that I took of some real problem areas around the property. The black staining that you see on the siding is heavy black mold. It’s been accumulating for a while now judging by how thick and dark it is. This is something to think about taking care of because if it’s growing really bad on the outside, inevitably it will work its way in the inside eventually. We see a lot of apartments have bad reviews because tenants will claim mold issues. Anytime an apartment has issues with mold growth on the inside, it 100% correlates to there being mold staining on the outside. I just wanted to run this by the property manager to see if this was something that the management company has thought about taking care of, or if they are aware of this situation. Not only is mold the issue but when new clients tour the property that is something that they take note of.
