Executive Summary
• An executive summary (or management
summary) is a short document or
section of a document produced for
business purposes .
• It’s important because It usually
contains a brief statement of the
problem or proposal covered in the
major document(s), background
information, concise analysis and main
conclusions.
Mission and vision statement
• A Mission Statement defines the company's
business, its objectives and its approach to reach
those objectives. A Vision Statement describes
the desired future position of the company.
• Its important because its focuses on today and
what an organization does to achieve it. Both are
vital in directing goals.
Company overview
• A company overview provides the
reader of your business plan with
basic background information about
your company.
• so its important because they have
an understanding of what you do,
who the management team is and
what customers your business
serves.
Product and service
plan
• The products and services section of your
business plan outlines your product or
service . The products and services section
of your business plan outlines your product
or service, why it's needed by your market,
and how it will compete with other
businesses selling the same or similar
products and services.
• Its important because Your product and
services section should include: Future
products or services you plan to offer .
Marketing plan
• A marketing plan is the advertising
strategy that a business will implement
to sell its product or service.
• The marketing plan will help determine
who the target market is, how best to
reach them, at what price point the
product or service should be sold, and
how the company will measure its
efforts.
Management Plan
• A management plan describes how
an organization or business is run .
• Writing a management plan allows
you to formalize your management
structure and operations. It also
ensures that everyone is on the same
page and that your goals will be
accomplished.
Operating plan
• An operation plan is an extremely
detail-oriented plan that clearly
defines how a team or department
contributes to reaching company
goals
• It outlines the daily tasks required
for running a business.
Financial plan
• A financial plan is a document containing a
person's current money situation and longterm monetary goals, as well as strategies to
achieve those goals
• Its important because its Setting a budget is
relatively easy; it is more difficult to stick to
it! However, having the discipline to take
the time and care to record and reconcile
your expenditure in some way is what
counts.
