This boiler is to be installed: between the gas outlet of the preheater at the cement kiln back end and the exhaust gas pipeline of the high temperature fan inlet at the kiln back end. Thus called “PH” Waste Heat Boiler. The design temperature at the exhaust gas inlet of the SP boiler is 275℃(the temperature of the outlet exhaust gas of the preheated at the cement kiln back end). The exhaust gas temperature drops down to about 122.7℃ after the exhaust gas passes the HP & LP superheater, evaporator, economizer and waterheater. And then the gas is drafted to the dust collecting system of the kiln by the high temperature fan at the cement kiln back end. The water of the AQC waterheader come from the feed water system is fed into the economizer heater and then to the drum, then pass through the downcomers and come to the generator, where the heated mixture of the water and steam is led back to the drum. The saturated steam from the drum will go to the superheater for superheating and the superheated steam is then produced under the rated pressure. 本锅炉的热源来自水泥窑窑尾预热器排出的废气,其废气温度较低,粉尘含量很大, 运行中受热面的积灰较严重。为了防止积灰,提高锅炉热效率,实现锅炉安全、稳定运 行的目的,本锅炉结合锅炉结构特点及实际运行情况,采用机械振打装置予以清灰,加 强清灰效果。 The heating source for the boiler is the exhaust gas discharged from the preheater at the cement kiln back end. The exhaust gas temperature is relatively low. And the dust content is very high, therefore, the soot deposition during the operation of the boiler will be very serious. To prevent the soot deposition and improve the boiler heat efficiency, and to achieve the goal of safe and stable operation of the boiler, the mechanical rapping device is set up for soot-blowing, depending on the boiler’s actual operating condition and the construction characteristics, to improve the soot removing effect. 锅炉炉墙采用轻型护板炉墙,为降低锅炉漏风系数,炉墙人孔、穿墙管、炉墙护板 3 258SY00-SM 设计说明书 Design Description Book 接缝、炉外集箱处的密封等均进行了精心设计。 The boiler walls are made of light casing and paneling to reduce the air leak coefficient of the boiler and give no impact on the cement production and the stable power generation. The elaborate design is provided on sealing for the manholes, piping penetration through the walls, boiler casing joints and the boiler header outside the boiler. 三、结构简介 Ⅲ.Brief description of the boiler construction 中压蒸汽段 The part of HP steam 1.锅筒内径为Φ1800,材料 SA-516M Gr.70。锅内设备主要有:一级分离器、二级 分离器、给水装置、加药装置和排污装置等。 The internal diameter of the drum is Φ1800, made of SA-516M Gr.70 steel. The major internal devices arranged in the drum include the primary separator, secondary separator, feed water device, dosing device and the blowdown device. 进入锅筒的汽水混合物,先经一级旋风分离器进行一次分离,再经二级波形板分离 器和匀汽孔板进行二次分离后引出。此外,为了进一步提高汽水品质,锅筒上还设置了 加药管和排污管等。 The water/steam mixture entering the drum is primarily separated by the cyclone separator, and then further separated by the secondary separator of a corrugated scrubber and a perforated distribution plate before comes out. The superheater tubing bundle is composed of Φ38x4.06 serpentine coils of in-line arrangement, made from material SA-210M Gr.A-1 and configured in 1 group.
