ABOUT PROJECT Introduce and explain one project you have been involved in. Why do you think that it is a project? Explain it based on the learning this week. Project: A project is a carefully planned effort that has a specific start and end. The project that I was involved in was when I worked as an expeditor in XYZ company. The project aimed to find the contact details of suppliers for our expediting process. About the project: The objective of the project was to locate the missing supplier contact details within a 14-day timeline. Our team consisted of 5 members involved in the process. The project took 13 days to complete, and I was the project lead. I assigned four different regions to four individuals to gather the missing details. At the end of each day, I reviewed all the findings and monitored the project's status throughout. By the end of the 13th day, we successfully obtained all the missing contact details. These findings significantly improved the process. I consider this a project because it involved planning, execution, adherence to deadlines, and provided unique results.
