Job Summary:
As a Tech Lead at Choice of Education, you will play a critical role in leading our technology division
and driving the technical vision and strategy of our platform. You will be responsible for managing
and leading the development team, overseeing the technical architecture, and ensuring the
successful delivery of high-quality solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual
with expertise in software development, team management, and a passion for leveraging technology
to transform the education industry.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the development team, providing technical guidance and support
Oversee the technical architecture and ensure scalability, performance, and security of the platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project timelines
Drive the implementation of best practices in software development, code reviews, and quality
assurance processes
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous
improvement
Foster a collaborative and productive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and professional
growth
Ensure effective communication and coordination within the development team and with
stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in software development, with AI expertise
Proven experience in leading and managing a development team
Strong technical acumen and ability to drive technical decision-making
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
Passion for leveraging technology to drive positive impact in the education industry
Experience or interest in AI and machine learning is a must
