Your existing lease with an original start date of January 1, 2022 expired on December 31,
2022. Effective March 1, 2023 the monthly rent will increase from $ 5,200.00 to $5,387.20
per month.
This is $ 187,2 increase or 3.6% of original rent. That is rent increase percentage allowed by
the city of San Francisco for March 1, 2023 through February 29, 2024
This rent increase shall take effect on March 1 2023. If you wish to sign a new agreement, or
continue as a tenancy-at-will (month-to-month), all other terms and conditions of your lease
shall remain in effect.
Payment for the new monthly rent will be due on March 1, 2023 and on the first day of the
month thereafter.
If you do not wish to continue to rent the premises due to this change you may contact the
