o'n yilliklarda ta'limning tabiatidagi
o'zgarishlar
"megatendentsiyalar" deb ataladigan global ta'lim tendentsiyalari: axborotlashtirish,
globallashuv, baynalmilallashtirish, insonparvarlashtirish, ekologiyalashtirish,
demokratlashtirish, modernizatsiyalash va su kabilar kontekstida sodir bo'lmoqda.
Maqolada ta'limdagi innovatsionlik bilan bog'liq asosiy jarayonlar, global ta'lim
bozoridagi "megatendentsiyalar" va ta'limga innovatsion yondashuvlarning turlari
ochib berilgan. Bo'lajak mutaxassisning innovatsion tayyorgarligini ta'minlovchi
samarali ta'lim texnologiyalarining nazariy-amaliy jihatlari hamda innovatsion ta'lim
jarayonlarining omillari ham aniqlangan.

Annotation. In the following decades, changes in the nature of education occur
in the context of global educational trends, called "megatrends": informatization,
globalization, internationalization, humanization, ecologization, democratization,
modernization, etc. The arlicle reveals the main processes associated with innovation
in education, "megatrends" in the global education market and types of innovative
approaches to learning. Theoretical and practical aspects of effective educational
technologies and factors of innovative educational processes that provide innovative
training of a future specialist are also identified.
Key words: innovativeness in education, megatrends, types of innovative
approaches, innovative training of a future specialist, tradition, factors of innovative
educational processes.
