This short document has been prepared to inform you of the use of the CMSE® title and Logo. Please note • • CMSE® and Certified Machinery Safety Expert are registered trademarks. The certification is awarded to individuals who have successfully passed the CMSE® training examination, and not the individuals company, therefore the tile can only be used by individuals who have attained certification. Course Title ‘CMSE® – Certified Machinery Safety Expert’ is the title of the accreditation. You may, if you wish add TÜV NORD, after the training name to demonstrate the independent certification. Course/Accreditation Title Options • CMSE® – Certified Machinery Safety Expert • CMSE® – Certified Machinery Safety Expert (TÜV NORD) Note: Certified Machinery Safety Expert is NOT to be written, without the letters ‘CMSE®’ Terms of Use • • • • The words ‘Certified Machinery Safety Expert’ and ‘CMSE®’ must always be used together e.g. CMSE®- Certified Machinery Safety Expert. ‘Certified Machinery Safety Expert’ cannot be used without ‘CMSE®’ There must always be an ‘®’ after the CMSE (with the exception of business cards) There are no ‘full stops’ between the letters i.e. CMSE® is correct, C.M.S.E. is NOT correct As the training name is a registered trademark, the text ‘Certified Machinery Safety Expert’ is not to be translated into other languages. Therefore, please note, ‘CMSE® - Certified Machinery Safety Expert’ is to appear ONLY in English. It is obligatory that the CMSE® Logo is accompanied by a link to www.cmse.com The placement of the logo and any accompanying written description must be reviewed by CMSE® Global Organisation by emailing admin@cmse.com– the content must not be unlawful If the context is not suitable, CMSE® Global Organisation may deny the usage of the logo Printing of CMSE® logo: Please contact admin@cmse.com if you wish to print CMSE® logo in one of your printed papers.
