Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I, Ericka May C. Sinen, hereby authorize Angelo Justine Catalan to act on my
behalf for the purpose of enrolling in AR 591A Specialization 2: Cost Management at
Technological Institute of the Philippines, Quezon City for the 2023 – 2024 first semester.
Due to my current circumstances of being with my bedridden mother in
Pangasinan, I am unable to attend the enrollment process in person this week. As I am
responsible for taking care of her during this time, I have complete trust in Angelo Justine
Catalan's abilities and judgment to handle the enrollment procedures on my behalf.
On August 2, 2023, I completed my registration in Aris for my schedule, which had
a total of 13 units. On August 4, 2023, I made the downpayment for the fees. However,
after making the payment, I noticed that the number of enrolled units in Aris was reduced
to only 10. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the AR 591A Specialization 2:
Cost Management class had a maximum capacity of 35 students, but there were already
36 students registered, making me the last one to enroll.
I am sincerely hoping that you can consider my situation regarding the ARCH51S1
course. As a 5th-year student pursuing a bachelor's in architecture, I am very concerned
about my schedule, especially since I am about to start my thesis. I deeply apologize for
not realizing this issue earlier. Thank you very much for your understanding.
I will ensure that any communication or information relevant to my enrollment will be
promptly communicated to me by Angelo Justine Catalan.
