Contents Team Meeting Notes Date: 9/2/2021 Time: 8:00am Attendees: Patrice, Justyce, Devon, and Hannah Discussion We attempted to figure out a schedule/timeline of the current jobs but many of them are pending the completion of other portions of those jobs. Chris has ordered the motor for the carpet cleaner and it will be installed by a third party. Until this is complete we cannot clean any carpets. Our biggest concern is that all of these jobs will need pack backs at one time. We also have contents jobs that have not been properly communicated to the appropriate people and need further information so they can be set up in DASH. Current Job Updates Shimada: Justyce has damaged pictures for the HO and has attempted to send them to him, but he has not been responsive. We do not have any of their belongings and the job itself is complete. Donaldson: We still have her damaged boxes that need to get thrown away. The job portion is completed. Hendrix: They will have a potential move back date within the next month (3-4 weeks). The HO is waiting for Chris to look at a list of items she no longer wants. If Chris does not want to buy these items for a flat rate then she will either donate to goodwill or post them for sale. We still have a dresser that needs the back replaced (pulled out to the side) prior to the move back. Dobbs: The belongs were the deceased father’s belongings. The widow and her son have recently traveled to California and are unresponsive in us attempting to return their belongings. Patrice will call to get an update on where they would like them moved. Holloman I: Mike has stuff in storage from his house (down in climate) that has now molded due to recent issues with the a/c at climate. Justyce has a chair that needs to be re-upholstered and a couple pieces of furniture that need to go to Randy. Holloman II: This is Mike’s mother-in-law’s house that was a clean/damage job. We’ve been too busy recently to return to this job for the cleaning. Patrice will follow up with seeing if they still need this place cleaned and when we could possibly schedule. Kennedy/Waimer: Stored in vaults at climate. Stallings: Storage Only - pending takeback when the HO wants it. Linney: The HO relayed to Justyce and Devon that RoomsToGo was supposed to pick up the couches. They never came but she still wants them to pick up the couches. The HO has NOT told RoomsToGo that the couches were in a fire and told Justyce/Devon not to disclose this information. Sounds illegal. HO does not want us to damage anything without her consent. The mattresses were in an affected room; we normally don’t clean mattresses and so we’re not sure what to do about them. One of the TVs packed was damaged while being cleaned at main. We need to mark it damaged or find a replacement. Justyce/Devon will get Patrice the type of TV this was so she can attempt to find a replacement. Still furniture to ozone and second barcode. Depending on rebuild/storage time the furniture might need to go to climate. Patrice to call/email for update on the house. Opendoor: We still need to clean all the chairs in the sanctuary but cannot do so until the motor is replaced in the carpet trailer. Will have to go back at Christmas to clean the carpet/chairs again. Alligood: The manager of the home would like an estimate for us wiping down the walls, and she will have someone else perform the duct work. The HO will not occupy the home during this process and the furniture will be removed. Patrice to give Hannah the square footage (1764) to Hannah so that we can send an estimate to Alligood for wiping down the walls. Cunningham: Patrice will call Mullis to gather more information and then call the HO. Need to explain to the HO that she cannot have her property stored in a pod due to it not being climate controlled. We can try to find a climate control storage unit closer to her property, but we also need to know where she plans on having everything go so we can properly store everything. Williams: The table and other pieces of furniture are being worked on. Patrice will Justyce and Devon once we have them ready. Burroughs: Need to follow up with Chris to see if the damaged belongings are delivered. Patrice to call for an update on repairs so we can schedule move back. Mclawhorn: We need to know if we’re cleaning it and how long storage will be. Patrice will ask the adjuster if contents need to be cleaned. Jordan: Everything but the mattresses is cleaned. We’re not cleaning the mattress due to it belonging to the tenant. Move back pending mitigation and repairs. IRS Office: The deadline for our current work is 2 weeks (another team will come in and do their part before we can do more). Move back approximately in a month. Reclean contents/textiles and clean carpets. An update from Chris/Jesse/Daniel is needed. Sutton: A rug was given to Devon from Chris to be cleaned. No other information available. Patrice will attempt to gather more information so a file for this job can be made. Maready: A dog was attacked by a racoon in the garage, damaging a rug (possibly 8x10) and two chairs. Chris cleaned the rug and the chairs are cleaned. Patrice will make a file so this can be properly documented and invoiced. Truth Tabernacle: Stored in vaults until move back. Howard: Stored in vaults until move back.
