The Day of Pentecost the "Birthday of the Church"
(Acts 2)
1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house
where they were sitting.
3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.
4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave
them utterance.
The day of Pentecost is the day in which the Holy Spirit was descended up on apostles. And they were
granted the gifts of Holy Spirit especially linguistic tongue. Then after the descent of Holy Spirit apostles
began to preach the gospel to the gathering of feast of Pentecost. On that day about 3,000 people were
believed in the Name of Jesus the Christ.
The church with the members above 3,000 people was started on this day of Pentecost. Thus why day of
Pentecost is the birth day of the church.
If the birth of church is in such amazing glory how much will be her rapture!
