KINALABASANG PROGRAMA:
Ang mga nakatapos ng programa na ito ay kailangan matamo ang kaalaman at kakayahan na kinakailangan sa pagsagawa ng sumusunod:
1. May pangunahin at mataas na antas ng letirasi, komunikasyon, mapanuring pag-iisip, mga kasanayan sa pagkatutong kailangan para sa mataas na antas ng pagkatuto.
2. May malalim at sanligang pang-unawa tungkol sa mga edukasyong pamamaraan kaugnay sa mas malawak na pamamaraang sosyal, historikal, kultural, at pulitikal.
3. May makahulugan at maunawaang kaalaman sa asignatura.
4. May tuwirang karanasan sa klasrum at sa iba pang mga gawaing pangklasrum.
5. Makagamit nang malawak ang kanilang mga kasanayan sa klasrum.
6. Makapagpakita at makapaggamit ng mga etikal at propesyunal na pangangailangan ng propesyon sa pagtuturo.
7. Makapagpadali ng pagkatuto ng iba’t ibang uri ng mag-aaral sa iba’t ibang kapaligiran ng pagkatuto, gamit ang malawak na kasanayan sa pagtuturo.
8. May malalim at maprinsipyong pang-unawa sa pamamaraan sa pagkatuto ng mga bagong pamamaraan sa kanilang mga mag-aaral.
9. Malikhain at mapamaraan sa pag-iisip ng iba’t ibang paraan sa pagtuturo, at makapagtaya ng kabisaan ng mga pamaraang ginamit para sa pag-unlad ng pagkatuto ng
mga mag-aaral.
10. Handa at may kakayahang magpatuloy ng pagkatuto upang lalong matamo ang kanilang hangarin.
11. Huwarang puisimian na nakapagtapos ng pandaigdigang kakayahan na may katangiang propesyonal, mayroong Kristiyanong pag-uugali at malalim na pagmamahal sa
ating pinagpalang Birheng Maria.
