May pangunahin at mataas na antas ng letirasi, komunikasyon, mapanuring pag-iisip, mga kasanayan sa pagkatutong kailangan para sa mataas na antas ng pagkatuto. 2. May malalim at sanligang pang-unawa tungkol sa mga edukasyong pamamaraan kaugnay sa mas malawak na pamamaraang sosyal, historikal, kultural, at pulitikal. 3.
