Answer the following questions.
In your point of view, do the Retirement and Benefits Programs of law enforcement agencies
compensate for the efforts and sacrifices of law enforcement personnel
In my own perception which regards to Retirement and Benefits Programs of law enforcement agencies
we have today , yes it compensate the effort of our law enforcer during their duties or in service . 20
years for me is a long period of time and it’s enough for them to decide whether to stop and have the
benefits enough for their 20 years in service or continue their service and get their benefits later on that
compensate from about 21 years and above .
From the given Retirement and Benefits Programs of law enforcement agencies, what do you think you
can suggests for the improvement / betterment of such program?
So far so good I can see nothing more to include or exclude regarding on the things mention above . It is
enough for me / law enforcer having the time required to retired and the benefits they will get when
time comes.
Why is it that there is Disciplinary Mechanism built by the law enforcement agency? What is the
purpose?
In my own opinion , there is Disciplinary Mechanism built by the law enforcement agency for the reason
or to discipline those enforcer who committed crime such as misconduct or using their power to step
up people . For them to learn from their mistakes and be the best cop as they are the one who
supposed to prevent crime and punish criminal and not them to do such things .
Does the Disciplinary Mechanism of the law enforcement is effective to lessen the minor offenses
committed by law enforcement personnel?
As I see ,yes it is quite effective to lessen the minor offenses committed by our personnel as they will no
longer try to do such offenses again and for the reason that equilibrium always strike on what we do .
Equality wherein how we treat others expected they will treat you the same way as you did.
