JOB DESCRIPTION TITLE Technician DEPARTMENT Aftersales LOCATION Colma, CA REPORTS TO Service Manager JOB SUMMARY: The Technician is highly skilled and capable of working independently, while providing an excellent customer experience. RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES: • Provide top of the line customer experience • Ability to diagnose and repair general electrical systems, while maintaining high voltage awareness • Communicate and collaborate with all members of the service team • Follow correct repair order documentation of all repair procedures • Review appointment schedule, plan travel time and visit duration for mobile services • Demonstrate attention to detail and passion for creating positive client experiences • Clean, maintain and organize the mobile service vehicle • Creatively solve customer concerns in a fast-paced work environment • Work with the appropriate management software to properly document the customer vehicle repair process • Have a passion for sustainable transportation and changing the automotive industry MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • High School Diploma/GED or Relevant work experience • 21+ years of age, to comply with company driving policy • Ability to drive a work truck/trailer • Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team • Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office, as well as learn proprietary DMS software • EPA 609 Certification • ASE Certification(s) • Must possess a valid driver license Vinfast is an Equal Opportunity Employer that does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, membership in an employee organization, retaliation, parental status, military service, or other non-merit factor.
