You need to get the base full download first, then use the patch to update it to the most recent version. The downloads in this directory are periodically updated, but patch versions are updated more often. If the patch has the same version number as the full download, then you don't need it! To play the game, you need to fully unzip everything to a new folder. To patch your game, download the patch from this folder and unzip it to a new folder.
