As a design engineer, my main task is to design modules and their PCB layouts. The fabrication, assembly, testing and troubleshooting of RF products, as well as testing procedures, design and analysis reports, and product validity documentation. Other tasks over the span of work being design engineer includes
- Power supply switching and health monitoring board designing, fabrication, testing and integration .
- Layout and schematics of LNAs, protection blocks, filters and high power T/R and SPDT switches.
- Multiband and multibeam low profile Antenna designing.
- Thermal analysis of high power PCBs and components.
- Systems integration, debugging and testing of High Power Amplifiers.
- Mechanical Package designing of various RF modules.
- Testing of environmental stress screening (ESS) tests of various RF module.
- Responsible for assembly, individual and integrated testing of Power Supply LRU of multiband SDR System.
- Technical documentation of acceptance test procedures, technical proposals, design, analysis and product validity reports.
As an integral part of Multiband SDR project, I was responsible for troubleshooting and debugging of issues related to System Power Supply and RF amplification block before and after integration. Responsible for evaluating and preparing LRU according to Aircraft Electrical Power Characteristics (MIL-STD-704) under supervision of team leader. -Testing Equipment :

Spectrum Analyzer, Vector Network Analyzer, Function Generator, Programmable AC and DC power supplies, Temperature Test Chamber, RF Power Meters, RF Detectors,DMM and Oscilloscope
