IMPORTANT
According to Cambridge rules please be aware of the following
1. Students will be called with enough time for them to go where the exam will take place, therefore,
students should be on time at school.
2. There’s no additional time for those students who arrive late.
3. For absences, you have 72h to provide evidence, in English, to apply for special consideration
and still be able to receive a grade.
4. Approval of absences is managed directly by Cambridge, the school has no say in the matter.
5. Exams taking place in the afternoon must end at 4:00 pm or pass this time. This is a rule
established by Cambridge. Be aware that students won’t have access to their phones during the
exam period.
6. School uniforms should be worn properly during the exam session.
7. Watches (smart or analog) are not allowed during the exam period nor any kind of electronic
devices.
8. Exams on national holidays, students must come to school. Be aware that exam days of each
student (statement of entries) was shared on June 29th, 2023 by email.
9. Students who have more than one exam in the morning or afternoon, do not worry, you will have
breaks between exams and the complete duration of the exam paper.
