TECHNICAL COMPARISON REPORT FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF MAKEUP WATER PUMPS
AND ANCILLARY FOR SWISS PHARMACEUTICALS (PVT.) LTD., PLOT NO. A/159, S.I.T.E. II, SUPER
HIGHWAY, KARACHI-75350.
The quotation for the above-referred work from suppliers/manufacturers for the above referred
work; six were received by Swiss Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Ltd., Karachi and sent to us for technical and
financial evaluation.
Comparative Statement dated 27th September 2023 is prepared which is based on the final selections
parameter is enclosed.
Following six suppliers have quoted for Makeup Water Pumps:

They are the lowest bidder at the time of bid opening and their offer was examined in detail.
They had quoted Pumps make Wilo-China, Model No. MHI 804N-1/10/E/3-400-50-2/IE3 with
80 ft. head and 50 USgpm. The quoted pumps meet the flow and head requirements. The
Pumps consist of TEFC type, IE3 motor and class F insulation. Motor voltage variation is +10%
which is acceptable.
They quoted pumps with spacer coupling. Their quoted pumps are selected on acceptable rpm.
They have quoted Pump with Casing, Impeller, Shaft Material and mechanical seal (EPDM). The
material of base plate is of cast iron. They have selected Pumps on ambient condition 400C.
The Electric Power Consumption for Makeup Water Pumps is 1.5KW.
They will supply China manufactured Wilo Pump and assembled with WEG motor.
The delivery time is will be ex-stock.

VIII. CONCLUSION:
1. Revsol Revolutionary Solution is highest among all and has quoted Grundfos for makeup water
pumps. They are about 230% higher than lowest and they are technically acceptable. You may
consider them for award of work.
2. KSB Pumps Company Ltd. is 2nd highest and has quoted KSB, Pakistan for makeup water pumps.
They are about 192% higher than lowest and they are technically acceptable. You may consider
them for award of work.
3. Cascade Engineering Solutions is 4th lowest and has quoted CNP, China for makeup water
pumps. They are about 147% highest than lowest and they are technically acceptable. You may
consider them for award of work.
4. Greaves Pakistan (Private) Limited is 3rd lowest and has quoted Ebara, Italy for makeup water
pumps. They are about 57% higher than lowest and technically acceptable. Therefore, you may
consider them for award of work.
5. Allauddin & Sons is 2nd lowest and has quoted Ajax Elite, Australia for makeup water pumps.
They are about 47% higher than lowest and they are technically acceptable. Therefore, you may
consider them for award of work, if we compromise on used pumps.
6. One Air is lowest among all and has quoted Wilo, China for makeup water pumps and they are
