To my colleagues teachers, program coordinator, panelist and of
course to our dearest college. administrator Dr. Johanna Bayonets
a pleasant good afternoon to all of you.
So before anything else I would like to take this opportunity to
introduce myself to you. My name is Mark Stephen Pere-ira, 40
years old. And I ve been a part time teacher in BCC for 6 years now.
I have taken up my bachelor’s degree in UNO-R for Bachelor of
Science in Commerce major in Management Accounting. After I
graduate in year 2004 I work as an encoder in Ajinomoto Phil
corporation and coca cola botlers incorporated after a year .
I transfer to financial institution as a manager for 9 years. And
since I was a manager I was given privilege by my company to
pursue my masters degree in CHMSC. After I graduate I wanted to
explore some opportunities so I did resign and became an account
manage id outdoor master advertising. After a year in 2015 wanted
to pursue my dream to become a teacher. So I transfer to AMA
business education as a full time faculty after a year I got promoted
and became a dean and principal at the same time for 4 years.
In late 2019 before pandemic our institution has experience
shortcomings and we ended up being retrench. In 2020, a friend of
mine she is a Phd graduate in UNO-r who were currently have
multiple publication happens to be a freelance researcher in
University of Singapore introduce me to research. It is when I
realize that I have a potential in research so I accept advisee from
multiple school and other areas like Psychology, Public
administration, medical field, biology, criminology and graduate
school. That also includes school like University of Canberra,
Cambridge and Harvard.
