various tasks. More specifically, farmers integrate technologies in farming. As time
passes by, a lot of studies and ideas occur to help farmers in terms of proper routines,
check-ups, and cleaning procedures to maintain their tools and equipment even after
using it.
Key Points to Remember in Conducting a
Pre-Operational Check-Up
Before operating any piece
of equipment, begin with a
visual look of the working
area. Make sure it is level
and clear of obstruction.
1
2
Walk around the vehicle and
take note any wear or
damage to tires, hoses, forks,
attachments, chains, reels
and hold downs.
Check the fluid levels including
the fuel before starting the
vehicle. Also check the coolant,
engine oil, hydraulic oil and
windshield wiper fluid.
