SUMMARY OF ADVOCACY AND COMMUNICATION PLAN According to Paul J. Meyer, communication is the key to personal and career success. In order for communication to work, it requires a plan to target your communication accurately. It gives a structure to determine whom you need to reach and how. Communication planning coordinates ways to deliver information to people. It can establish significant relationships between the school head and its key audiences. In developing a communication plan, you need to identify the target audience, key messages, communication strategies, and responsible units. Ensuring that everyone is involved—from the teachers up to the private individuals provided with proper guidance. It serves as the blueprint to implement the SPD programs effectively and efficiently. Thus, a higher percentage of success would be expected. Indeed, the communication plan in conducting learning and development programs must be strengthened to organize all the details together in a clear format, promotes awareness to the key audiences, develops accountability, encourage the involved persons to act accordingly, and to ensure that internal and external parties including parents, barangay council community, LGU’S, NGO’S and private individuals build a partnership to provide a better education system in the society.
