Teacher will tell the learners that we are in English class where we learners letter and there sound Teacher will recap the previous lesson by asking the learners to recall and tell which phoneme we have learned in the last class. 2min Flash cards Ball Floppy phonics Craft work 5min Glue Chart paper Templates Black board Workbook Starter activity Teacher will play a game ‘pass the ball’ and ask each child to tell any one vocabulary word for phoneme /p/. 8min Introduction: 10min Teacher will introduce the floppy phonic book and open the page for letter p. Teacher will ask the learners to find /t/ in the printed words. Teacher will tell the learners that sometimes we can see /p/ sound in the beginning and sometimes it comes in the middle or at the end of the words. Teacher will also paste some words on the board like plate, popcorn, cap and highlight /p/ sound then ask them /p/ place. 10min Production: Students will do the craft work and paste popcorns on the letter p.
