USJ-R expects students to uphold academic honesty and integrity. While it is highly encouraged that
students work together to provide mutual help in learning, it is expected that submissions on all
activities are completely the students' own work. Plagiarism in any form may result to removal from the
course with a failing grade.


I agree that I will complete this course on my own. If I need assistance or have questions, I will
talk to my instructor or classmates.
I agree not to share answers to quizzes in this course and I understand that doing so is just like
cheating on a test in class.
