Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepares and manages the operating budget. Ensures operations are conducted safely, with
maximum yield according to quality standards and SOP. In compliance with all environmental
and health regulations.
• Carries out troubleshooting and provides support and advice during all operations difficulties, in
all plants. Identifies the need for input independently or receives a request from the plant for
assistance.
• Collects current and post data, compares readings, discusses the problem with Plant
Engineering Section Head, and obtains agreement to change operations. Goes on-site,
provides recommendations to operations, and raises maintenance requests as required until the
problem is resolved.
• Collects monthly and yearly manufacturing and utility plant and process data and evaluates and
compares year-by-year numbers for next betterment-based difficulties faced.
• Monitors critical equipment and operating parameters, using DCS output Implement production,
cost, and quality control mechanisms.
• Establish, monitor, and continuously improve operating targets for processing, safety,
environmental compliance, and efficiency.
• Set priorities in manufacturing and maintenance activities to keep the plant running to meet
deliveries.
• Handling the complete Manufacturing / Production process through the company’s ERP
(ORION-Oracle-based ERP). The flow includes Sales orders, Production work orders,
Production slips, and Delivery notes. Bundling and unbundling were also part of the flow.

consisting of 30+ employees.
• Worked closely with process chemists, Finance Manager, and HR Manager to ensure maximum
output levels and the efficient running of the production facility.

• Following maintenance works of several refinery equipment such as pumps, towers, heat
exchangers, heaters, Compressors, and blowers.
