1. Open Microsoft Excel and create the spreadsheet with the following information:

2. Use the SUM function in cell G2 to add up the total homework hours for Alex.
3. Copy the formula you entered in cell G2 to the other cells in that column (G3, G4, and G5) so that
the total Study hours are shown for each student.
4. Select cells G2 to G5 and create a Column chart to show the total Study hours for each student.
Place your chart under the data. Give your Column chart the title “Study Hours”.
5. Type your name on your spreadsheet in cell A7.
6. Save the file as Study1.xlxs
7. Display your spreadsheet so that the formulas are showing. (Means show formula)
8. Save your spreadsheet and bar chart as Study2.xlxs in your folder.
Section: B
1. Open your word processing software (MS-Word). Type the following text:
Two grey doves sit on the fence outside my window. They come every day. When I
look out my window in the morning they are there. They sit side by side and look after
each other. At night before the sun sets they come back.
It makes me feel good to see them from my window every day.
2. Change the above paragraphs by the following instructions which are given below:
 In the first sentence change the word sit to perch.
 In the first sentence, delete the word grey.
 Move the sentence they sit side by side and look after each other to the end of the first
paragraph.
 Add these words to visit me after They come in the second sentence.
3. Add the title”Doves” By wordArt and align it Centered.
4. Save your work using the file name Dove1.docx in your folder.
